Your Annual Report Designer
We’ll guide you through a structured and organized process so you won’t be scrambling in-house at the last minute to pull it all together. We create a client portal for you where you can easily upload your documents to be included in your report and provide feedback on the draft deliverables.
Before we get to the design stage, we advise and make recommendations for the content and layout of your report to help guide you through the process. Our packages include two rounds of edits on your annual report to make sure you love the end result.
Annual Report: 16-25 pg
This package is best for bigger organizations with several teams or projects that need to be featured in the annual report.

I’m Meghan

Our Annual Report Design Project Process
Onboarding

We start by booking a 30 minute intro call to learn about you and your goals. We will review what to expect during the project process.
You can ask us anything during this meeting to make sure we are a good fit for your project.

We’ll send you a proposal including the project approach, timeline, and investment. Then you’ll decide if you want to move forward and let us know.
The annual report design takes place within a 1-week timeframe, so we will select a week that works for both of us. If you need any custom add-ons we will include it in your proposal.

Once you’ve decided to move forward, we will send over your contract and invoice. Your payment and report content are due before your design week begins.

You’ll receive an onboarding package from us with details of our next steps.
We set up your client portal in our project management software. We use Notion to keep track of the project deliverables, due dates, and gather feedback. We book a 30 minute onboarding session to show you the portal and how to use it. -
Before our kick-off call we’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out about your annual report needs. This is where you can share examples of report designs you like and dislike.
We’ll book a kick-off call where we can learn more about what you’re envisioning for your report, and plan out each page.

You are responsible for providing the content for your annual report, including the writing, your brand files, and images.
Your content will be due one week before your annual report design week begins. If your content isn’t delivered, we will need to reschedule your design week and a rescheduling fee will apply.

All content for the report (writing, images from your org, your brand guide, your logo in all formats and variations) uploaded in your client portal 1 week before your design week begins.
All written content must be in it’s final version and copy edited. You will have two opportunities to provide feedback on the document, but it is intended to allow for feedback on the design, not the writing.

Yes.

The design package does not include writing. If you’d like us to write your annual report, we can provide pricing and timelines for that.

We can source some stock photography fill in gaps for your annual report. We recommend primarily using your own organization’s photography so that it is unique to you and fits your brand.

We can provide additional rounds of edits starting at $200 per edit and going up depending on the time and complexity of the changes requested.

We begin the project by collecting information and example reports from you in a questionnaire. Then we review the example reports with you in a kick-off call and plan the pages together to ensure we are aligned on your vision.

You will receive your annual report as a PDF and an Adobe InDesign file that can be edited by anyone who has an Adobe Creative Suite subscription.
If you choose to add on a slide deck and/or social media post, you will receive those as Canva files that you can edit and download in various file formats.

Yes, we can design other types of reports for you. The investment and timeline will depend on the length of the document you need designed, and if we need to design any of the content for you (ex: charts, icons, etc.).
