Your annual report is an opportunity for your staff and board to reflect on the impact you’ve made over the past year and showcase it for your community of funders, participants, and donors. But if you’re doing it off the side of your desk and you don’t have a graphic designer in-house you might be faced with:

• A document you are embarrased to share

• Lack of cohesion and branding applied across your report, AGM presentation, and what you share on social media (or worse, not sharing on social media at all)

• Scrambling at the last minute to pull it together

Presenting your work from the past year in a captivating format will help staff feel proud of what they’ve accomplished and show donors that you are a trusted leader in your field.

I’ll guide you through a structured and organized process so you won’t be scrambling in-house at the last minute to pull it all together. I’ll create a client portal for you where you can easily upload your documents to be included in your report and provide feedback on the draft deliverables. This package includes one round of edits to make sure you love the end result.

Deliverables:

1. Annual Report designed in Adobe InDesign. Includes 10-15 page document provided in PDF and InDesign file formats.

2. AGM Presentation slides created in Google Slides or Canva (you choose). Includes 10-20 slides.

3. Carousel post graphics for social media. Includes 5 slides. Provided as a Canva link to the file and/or PNG files.

You will have your deliverables within 3 weeks from the date you purchase the package.

What I’ll need from you:

1. All content for the report (writing, images from your org, your brand guide, your logo in all formats and variations) within 2 business days of purchasing this package.

2. All written content must be in it’s final version and copy edited. You will have one round on feedback and revisions included for the design of the documents, but it does not include major changes to text or content.

3. Once the designed documents are complete, you must provide feedback within 2 business days.
